Shipping & Delivery Time

At MyBrow, all standard orders within the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL. Orders placed on business days before 15:00 are likely to be delivered the next working day. You will always receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code from PostNL, so you can see exactly when your order will be delivered. We send all orders before 15:00 on the same day.

Please note! Since we depend on the postal services of PostNL, delivery times can sometimes be longer due to unforeseen circumstances (such as busy periods or holidays).

Has your package gone missing?

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, you can contact our customer service. We will then find out the status of your order as quickly as possible.

Not at home? No problem!

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there are 3 possible options:

  1. The postman leaves a note in the mailbox with a code that allows you to indicate a new delivery day and possibly a different location via the internet;
  2. The package is delivered to the neighbors. You will be informed of this by a note through the mailbox;
  3. The postman will offer the package again the next working day. If he or she fails to deliver the package (to the neighbors) on this second attempt, it will be taken to the nearest collection point. You can pick up the package there from the next day within 3 weeks upon showing your ID.

Shipping Costs

Your order is shipped for free if you order more than €50. Is your order smaller? No problem, we then ask for a contribution of €4.95 per order. If you live in the rest of the EU, the contribution is €7.95 per order.

Different rates apply for partners and schools. This must be arranged separately.

Partners have free shipping for orders above €125. Below this amount, the normal shipping costs apply. (€5.95 for the Netherlands, €7.95 for Belgium and Luxembourg)

Want to have a gift delivered?

We deliver your order to any desired address: at your workplace, with family, friends, or neighbors. Mention the desired address with each order. If you do not specify another delivery address, the package will be sent to the billing address.

During the checkout process, you can indicate whether you want your order to be gift-wrapped and possibly add a personal message.

I entered the wrong delivery address. What now?

Contact our customer service immediately. Then there are 3 possibilities:

  1. Your package is still with us and we change the address: No problem.
  2. Your package has already been processed or sent and the courier still has it: We contact the courier. We ask if they can deliver the package to the correct address. If that is not possible, we ask if they can return it to us. We then send it to you. Unfortunately, this is not always possible.
  3. Your package has already been processed or sent and the courier has already delivered it: In this case, we can no longer do anything for you.
